一、概述1. Overview
久久没有账号，也没有存放照片的服务器。照片和视频在这台 iPhone 上加密后，直接存入你选择的网盘账号，开发者无法查看照片、视频或密钥。久久不使用任何统计、广告或第三方追踪工具。Ever has no accounts and no servers that store photos. Photos and videos are encrypted on this iPhone and go straight to the cloud drive account you choose. The developer can't see your photos, videos or keys. Ever uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking tools.
二、个人信息处理者2. Data Controller
久久由高园（个体工商户「北京贝贝之星孕婴服装专营店」经营者）开发和运营，是本政策所称的个人信息处理者。联系邮箱：graceglabs@163.com。Ever is developed and operated by Gao Yuan, sole proprietor of Beijing Beibeizhixing Yunying Fuzhuang Zhuanyingdian (an individually-owned business registered in China), the data controller under this policy. 三、照片和视频3. Photos and Videos
经你允许后，久久通过系统照片权限读取备份范围内的照片和视频，在这台 iPhone 上加密后上传；文件名和目录名同样加密，网盘中保存的只有密文。With your permission, Ever reads the photos and videos in your backup scope through the system Photos permission and encrypts them on this iPhone before uploading. File and folder names are encrypted too, so the cloud drive only holds ciphertext.
久久不会改动或删除相册中已有的照片，仅在你轻点「保存到照片」时写入取回的照片或视频。Ever never changes or deletes photos already in your library. It only adds a restored photo or video when you tap Save to Photos.
四、网盘服务4. Cloud Drives
备份存入你连接的网盘（百度网盘、阿里云盘或夸克网盘）。登录在网盘官方的授权页完成，久久不接触网盘密码；授权令牌保存在这台 iPhone 的钥匙串中，不发送给开发者。连接百度网盘时，一次性的授权码经久久官网的一个静态页面转回 App，该页面不记录、不保存授权码。Backups are stored in the cloud drive you connect (Baidu Netdisk, Aliyun Drive or Quark). You sign in on the provider's own authorization page, so Ever never sees your drive password. Authorization tokens stay in this iPhone's keychain and are never sent to the developer. When you connect Baidu Netdisk, the one-time authorization code passes back to the app through a static page on Ever's website, which doesn't log or store it.
网盘服务方依其隐私政策处理账号信息，能看到账号、流量、文件大小和访问时间，看不到照片内容和原始文件名。The cloud drive provider handles your account information under its own privacy policy. It can see your account, traffic, file sizes and access times, but not the content of your photos or their original file names.
五、密钥5. Keys
每个备份都有独立的随机密钥，保存在这台 iPhone 的钥匙串中。恢复密钥文件用你设置的密码加密，由你自行保存；开发者没有副本，无法找回密码或解开备份。Each backup has its own random key, kept in this iPhone's keychain. The recovery key file is encrypted with a password you set, and you keep it yourself. The developer has no copy and can't recover the password or unlock your backup.
六、iCloud 钥匙串6. iCloud Keychain
保留「同时存一份到 iCloud 钥匙串」时，久久把备份密钥和找到备份所需的最少信息（备份编号、网盘和目录）存入 iCloud 钥匙串，由 Apple 端到端加密同步，不含照片、网盘授权或照片列表。If you keep "Also save to iCloud Keychain" on, Ever stores backup keys and the minimum needed to find a backup (backup ID, cloud drive and folder) in iCloud Keychain, synced with Apple's end-to-end encryption. No photos, drive authorization or photo lists are included.
可在「设置」中停止新增同步；已同步的条目由系统保留。You can stop adding new items in Settings. Items already synced are kept by the system.
七、App 内购买7. In-App Purchases
久久 Pro 的购买由 Apple 处理，久久无法查看付款信息。久久在本机向 App Store 查询购买状态。Ever Pro purchases are handled by Apple, and Ever can't see your payment information. Ever checks purchase status with the App Store on this device.
八、通知与 App 锁8. Notifications and App Lock
备份问题通知和本地 App 锁默认关闭。通知在本机生成，不含照片或文件名。App 锁使用系统的 Face ID 或设备密码认证，久久拿不到面部数据。Backup issue notifications and App Lock are off by default. Notifications are created on this device and never contain photos or file names. App Lock uses the system's Face ID or device passcode; Ever never receives face data.
九、诊断9. Diagnostics
诊断只在本机生成，仅在你轻点「导出脱敏诊断」并主动发送时才离开这台 iPhone。其中不含照片、文件名、路径、位置、账号、授权令牌、密钥或内容哈希，导出前可查看全部内容。不导出不影响使用。Diagnostics are generated only on this device and leave this iPhone only when you tap Export Diagnostics and send them yourself. They contain no photos, file names, paths, location, accounts, tokens, keys or content hashes, and you can read everything before exporting. Not exporting doesn't affect anything.
十、系统权限10. System Permissions
照片：读取备份范围内的照片和视频。添加到照片：仅在你保存取回的项目时写入。Face ID：仅在你开启 App 锁时使用。Photos: to read the photos and videos in your backup scope. Add to Photos: only when you save a restored item. Face ID: only when you turn on App Lock.
各项权限在首次使用时由系统询问；拒绝仅影响对应功能，可随时在设备「设置 › 久久」中更改。The system asks for each permission the first time it's needed. Declining only affects that feature, and you can change it anytime in Settings › Ever.
十一、保存与删除11. Retention and Deletion
备份记录与设置保存在这台 iPhone 上，删除 App 时一并删除。网盘中的备份不受影响，可凭恢复密钥文件和密码取回；如需删除，请在网盘 App 中操作。Backup records and settings are stored on this iPhone and are deleted with the app. Backups in your cloud drive aren't affected and can be restored with your recovery key file and password. To delete them, use the cloud drive's app.
十二、你的权利12. Your Rights
你可以在久久中查看和更改备份范围、网盘连接与各项设置，在设备设置中撤回权限，在网盘中删除备份。如需帮助，请发送邮件，我们将在 15 个工作日内回复。You can view and change your backup scope, cloud drive connections and settings in Ever, withdraw permissions in the device's Settings, and delete backups in your cloud drive. For help, send an email and we'll reply within 15 business days.
十三、未成年人13. Minors
久久不面向儿童。未满十四周岁的未成年人请在监护人同意和指导下使用。Ever is not directed at children. Minors under 14 should use it only with a guardian's consent and guidance.
十四、变更与联系14. Changes & Contact
