可在 App「设置 › 导出脱敏诊断」生成诊断文件随邮件附上，其中不含照片、文件名、账号或密钥。请勿发送照片或恢复密钥文件。You can attach a diagnostics file from Settings › Export Diagnostics in the app; it contains no photos, file names, accounts or keys. Please don't send photos or your recovery key file.
离开久久也能取回Restore Without Ever
备份采用公开格式，兼容 rclone crypt。不用久久、换了手机，也能凭两样东西解开：恢复密钥文件，以及保存它时设置的密码。Backups use a public format compatible with rclone crypt. Even without Ever or on a new phone, two things unlock them: the recovery key file and the password you set when saving it.
独立恢复Independent Recovery
1. 用网盘官方客户端，把久久的备份目录完整下载到电脑。
2. 用恢复工具打开恢复密钥文件，输入密码。
3. 选择下载好的目录，导出照片和视频。1. Use the cloud drive's official client to download Ever's entire backup folder to a computer.
2. Open the recovery key file in the recovery tool and enter the password.
3. Choose the downloaded folder and export your photos and videos.
Mac 与 Windows 恢复工具将在官网提供。在此之前，可以在任意一台 iPhone 上安装久久，连接同一个网盘账号取回。Recovery tools for Mac and Windows will be available on the website. Until then, install Ever on any iPhone and connect the same cloud drive account to restore.
恢复密钥Recovery Key
恢复密钥文件里是解开备份所需的密钥，用你设置的密码加密。这个密码不是网盘密码，久久也没有副本，忘记后无法找回。The recovery key file holds the keys needed to unlock your backups, encrypted with a password you set. This password isn't your cloud drive password. Ever has no copy, so it can't be recovered if forgotten.
只要这台 iPhone 还能打开备份，就可以在「设置 › 恢复密钥」重新保存一份；旧文件仍然有效。As long as this iPhone can still open the backup, you can save a new copy in Settings › Recovery Key. Older files remain valid.
换新 iPhoneNew iPhone
在新 iPhone 上安装久久，连接同一个网盘账号。开启了 iCloud 钥匙串同步时会自动找到备份；否则选择恢复密钥文件并输入密码。Install Ever on the new iPhone and connect the same cloud drive account. With iCloud Keychain sync on, the backup is found automatically; otherwise choose the recovery key file and enter its password.
网盘中看不到照片Photos Not Visible in the Cloud Drive
照片在上传前已加密，文件名也加密，网盘 App 中只能看到无法预览的文件。查看和取回请使用久久或恢复工具。请不要在网盘中移动或重命名这些文件。Photos and their file names are encrypted before upload, so the cloud drive app only shows files it can't preview. Use Ever or the recovery tool to view and restore them. Don't move or rename these files in the cloud drive.
备份完成的含义When a Backup Counts as Done
上传后，久久从网盘读回数据检查，通过才计为已备份。已上传但未检查的项目不计入完成。After uploading, Ever reads data back from the cloud drive to check it, and only items that pass count as backed up. Items uploaded but not yet checked don't count.
免费版与久久 ProFree and Ever Pro
免费版累计可备份 1,000 项。久久 Pro 不限数量，并可自动备份新内容；不含网盘容量、会员或流量。取回始终免费。The free version backs up up to 1,000 items in total. Ever Pro removes the limit and backs up new items automatically; it doesn't include cloud storage, memberships or traffic. Restoring is always free.
恢复购买只恢复 Pro 资格，不恢复密钥或备份。Restore Purchases only restores Pro access, not keys or backups.
取消订阅Cancel a Subscription
打开设备「设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅」，或在久久「设置 › 管理 App Store 订阅」中取消。Open Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on the device, or cancel in Ever under Settings › Manage App Store Subscription.
反馈问题Report a Problem
可在「设置 › 导出脱敏诊断」生成诊断文件，随邮件发送至 graceglabs@163.com。文件不含照片、文件名、账号或密钥。Create a diagnostics file in Settings › Export Diagnostics and email it to graceglabs@163.com. The file contains no photos, file names, accounts or keys.
