使用条款Terms of Use
与 App 内「设置 › 隐私与条款 › 使用条款」一致，Apple 标准最终用户许可协议同时适用。These terms match Settings › Privacy & Terms › Terms of Use in the app. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
一、关于这些条款1. About These Terms
使用久久即表示你同意这些条款。久久通过 App Store 提供，Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议同时适用。By using Ever you agree to these terms. Ever is provided through the App Store, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
久久由高园（个体工商户「北京贝贝之星孕婴服装专营店」经营者）提供。Ever is provided by Gao Yuan, sole proprietor of Beijing Beibeizhixing Yunying Fuzhuang Zhuanyingdian (an individually-owned business registered in China).
二、服务内容2. What Ever Does
久久把你选择的照片和视频在 iPhone 上加密后存入你自己的网盘，并可随时取回。久久不提供存储空间；网盘的容量、会员、流量和可用性由网盘服务方提供，适用其条款与收费。Ever encrypts the photos and videos you choose on iPhone, stores them in your own cloud drive, and lets you restore them anytime. Ever doesn't provide storage; capacity, memberships, traffic and availability come from the cloud drive provider under its own terms and fees.
三、恢复密钥3. Recovery Key
备份只能用对应的密钥解开。请妥善保存恢复密钥文件和密码，并分开保管。密钥、恢复密钥文件和密码全部丢失时，任何人都无法解开备份，包括开发者。A backup can only be unlocked with its key. Keep the recovery key file and its password safe, and store them separately. If the keys, the recovery key file and the password are all lost, no one can unlock the backup, including the developer.
四、内容归属4. Your Content
照片和视频属于你。请只备份你有权保存的内容。Your photos and videos belong to you. Only back up content you have the right to keep.
五、久久 Pro5. Ever Pro
免费版累计可备份 1,000 项。久久 Pro 提供年付（自动续期订阅）和永久（一次性购买）两种方式，权益相同：备份数量不限，并可自动备份新内容。价格以 App Store 购买页显示为准。The free version backs up up to 1,000 items in total. Ever Pro is available as an annual auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, with the same benefits: unlimited backups and automatic backup of new items. Prices are as shown on the App Store purchase page.
年付订阅会在每期结束前 24 小时内自动续费，除非你在此之前取消；可在设备「设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅」中管理或取消。永久为独立购买，年付剩余费用不会自动抵扣。退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。The annual subscription renews automatically within 24 hours before the end of each period unless you cancel before then. Manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Lifetime is a separate purchase; the remaining annual fee isn't credited automatically. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
取回、保存恢复密钥和重新校验不需要 Pro；Pro 到期后，已有备份照常可以取回。Restoring, saving the recovery key and re-verifying don't require Pro. After Pro ends, existing backups can still be restored.
六、第三方网盘6. Third-Party Cloud Drives
久久依赖网盘服务方的开放接口。服务方变更接口、限速或停止服务时，相关功能可能受影响。备份采用公开的加密格式，不会被久久锁定。Ever relies on the cloud drive providers' open APIs. If a provider changes its API, limits speed or ends its service, related features may be affected. Backups use a public encryption format and are never locked to Ever.
七、责任限制7. Limitation of Liability
久久在上传后会从网盘读回数据检查，但无法保证网盘服务方始终保存你的数据。重要的照片请保留不止一份备份。Ever reads data back from the cloud drive to check it after uploading, but can't guarantee that the provider will always keep your data. Keep more than one backup of important photos.
八、变更与联系8. Changes & Contact
